We’re glad you asked! Right now, we’re working on exciting ways to boost listing visibility. Once we complete our Proof of Concept and initial testing, we’ll roll out some new options. After all, it takes an investment to keep a website running smoothly and ranking well on Google! Keep an eye out for updates, and we’ll let you know as soon as premium visibility options are available.
What information should I include in my listing?
To make your listing as helpful and eye-catching as possible, here are some top tips on what to include:
Business Name: Make sure it’s clear and easy to recognise.
Contact Information: Include your phone number, email, and address so customers can reach you quickly.
Website and Social Media Links: Include links to your website and social media profiles to help customers find you online.
Business Hours: Let people know when you’re open and available. Our listings will show whether you are open or closed, which is helpful for service seekers.
Services Offered: List your primary services or products, so visitors know what you specialise in.
Location(s): Add that to your listing for businesses willing to travel for services.
Photos or Logo: Include a professional logo ( no bigger than 1900px by 1900px), which will show in the search results. Also, add a few high-quality photos to make your listing stand out. Remember to add your profile picture too.
Brief Description: A short, friendly description highlighting what makes your business unique.
Customer Reviews or Testimonials: To build trust, add a few reviews or testimonials. We will add a feature for your customers to review you on the website, so make sure you send them the listing to do that.
Special Offers or Discounts: Mention any deals or promotions you offer to attract new customers. In the future, we will add promotional offers to the website, which you can share for your business.

How do I remove or delete my listing?
Removing or deleting your listing is simple! Just log in to your profile, and you’ll have the option to delete your listing directly. If you have any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us for support—we’re happy to help!
Can I edit my listing after it's published?
Absolutely! You can update your listing at any time. Go to the “Account” section in the menu bar, login, and select the listing you’d like to edit. From there, you can make changes to your details as needed!
What if I can’t find a category for my business?
No worries! If you can’t find a category that fits your business, just contact us. We’ll be happy to help find the right one for your listing, or if needed, we’ll create a new category to make sure your business is properly represented.
