Tūrangi ArtWorks Incorporated is dedicated to supporting and developing its members’ artistic and craft skills. Our facilities offer resources for various creative pursuits, including ceramics, fibre arts, painting, print-making, and more.

Our Purpose:

• To provide a welcoming workspace where members can practice, expand, and enhance their artistic abilities.
• To support the creation of art and craft pieces for public exhibition.
• To nurture and grow the local arts and crafts scene in Tūrangi.
• To collaborate with other artists and groups to create and showcase works of art and craftsmanship.

Membership Benefits:

Members have flexible access to our facilities and receive notifications about upcoming workshops and events. While we don’t have permanent tutors, members regularly share their expertise, and we host workshops with guest tutors throughout the year.

Annual Highlights:

Annual Exhibition: Members are invited to showcase their work each year. The next exhibition will be held in September 2025 at the Taupō Museum.

Volunteer Opportunities: Tūrangi ArtWorks is operated by a volunteer committee, and we welcome members interested in contributing to our vibrant community.
